Everyone that works here is friendly, happy and welcoming. You're treated like family and friends and you can trust that your car will be taken care of the same way it would for their family. The recommendations made are strictly for what's necessary and not beyond. No bull, just proper service. I had to go to the dealership for a recall and they evaluated what I "need" done, while the pricing was close and the services recommended were the same, I felt so much pressure at the dealership to get the work done immediately and on top of that, they asked if I'd change my license plate frame to advertise their location. I know I won't get 'sales-mechanics' at Berryessa Auto.
