This place is awful. Its dirty and the staff is very unpleasant. Since they only have 1 pediatrician on staff, if the doctor gets sick or decides to leave early for they day they simply call you an hour before your appoint and cancel. Also if your child is sick they usually won't see you but instead refer you to the ER or aftercare clinic. Questions for the doctor? Forget it! She doesn't stay in the room long enough for you to get the words out of your mouth. Also they do not allow you to phone the doctor at all and when you start to get upset and seem to "be loud" with them they simply hang up! And then continue to hang up each time you call. Think hard before choosing this horrible place

The care givers and Doctors here are first rate, unfortunately that doesn't extend to the people who work in the office. From messing up messages to not delivering them the people who answer the phones and work in the reception area are some of the rudest and worst I have ever encountered. The last straw came this week I had an appointment and my wife had been in the hospital the day before so I had not been able to go to the bank. We called and asked if they took Master Card and were told yes, when we got there they took the card and ran it and said they would not use it because it was a business card and it would not go through. We offered them what cash we had and said we would send a check for the remaining $15 the next day, they refused even though my wife has been a patient there for over 20 years. When I got home I pulled up my card history and they had indeed deducted the amount from my account, but still claim I have not paid them even though I have a receipt.
