Completely ruined a jacket dress and refused to pay for the outfit. Admitted their
error (holes in the dress) but would only pay for a minimal % of the dress... nothing for
jacket which was useless without the dress. Owner REFUSED to discuss with the
customer; instead made a clerk available. The worst dry dleaner I have ever
encountered.

So far, zero customer service issues here. For over 10 years, our family has been using Park Avenue for everything from business suits to coats. They have never lost or damaged anything. Their prices are good and they turn around clothes in a day. If it looks like there may be a problem with an item, they warn you. Park Avenue has polite personnel, and most important, onsite spotters and pressers. I worked in a cleaners, and saw things get lost more often when sent off the premises to be worked. I do very carefully review the invoice before leaving the clothes, don't recall a mistake we had to correct.

If you like service don't use this cleaner. They lost my blouse and their answer to this issue was, "you never brought the blouse." The customer service is absolutely horrible. In this case you definitely get what you pay for. Very frustrating!!!

They've always done a great job and have never lost or damaged any of my clothing.
