So I pull up to this building that says emergency dental thinking they will be able to pull my impacted wisdom tooth. I told the doctor who was at the front desk it was impacted and it needed to be surgically removed thinking he could do it. He told me $225 and it would be done, came back the next day now find out it's $180 for an exam (my wisdom tooth is killing me as I write this) sat in waiting room for 45mins (being generous) then when called back to the exam room he looked in my mouth for 30 seconds told me he couldn't do it that will be $180 wrote a referral have a nice day. Then come to find out this guy doesn't even pull wisdom teeth woooow!!! Now I'm stuck getting my tooth pulled on my birthday when I'm suppose to be in Florida living the life... Lesson learned!

Excellent care with a major dental emergency the day after Thanksgiving. Very professional and kept it real, and was very knowledgeable with my surgery today.

My grandmother who is in her late 70's went to see Dr. Williams. She has dental insurance but his front office was never able to file her claims correctly. She is now past the allowed time for an insurance claim to be filed and has had to pay the entire bill herself. Also, Dr. Williams was completely unable to satisfy her with a partial that fits. She has lost 20 lbs. and is still very unhappy. If you want complete frustration around eery turn this is the place for you. However, if you would like to have a pleasant time with a professional front desk and knowledgable dentist you will need to contiune looking, Dr. Williams and his staff are none of these things.
