Provided by YP.comCarmen is the Best!! I went with a friend to remove a tattoo on my shoulder I have had for 20 years. It looked old and was an extreme eye sore. She was very professional, very nice and caring, and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. You can tell she REALLY cares for her clients and has a great passion for what she does. I would recommend her to anyone needing to get a tattoo removed!!!
