I'm very thrifty and I want to save money and that is the only reason why I went there. When I pulled up no normal human to help me, no normal customer service all people that are rejects of society like most of Seffner,Florida people. Nothing normal about these people at all. Thank you GOD i'm not from Florida. So when I go to pay i'm presented with a gay lady with blonde beached hair. She was very unfriendly and racist on top of that she didn't like me because I'm Black not that I have a flute cause I surely didn't like her trash trailer looking self but me as a paying customer still deserves respect and I know for sure no matter how much money I want to save I will never go back there. I will never support people who have something against me because of my GOD given race. Happy to be BLACK 😆

Thought I had found a great used tire shop in the neighborhood, but BOY, was I wrong. I ended up back in this place two days later and it was a whole different story than my previous review. Now, all of a sudden, I need to replace my tire and because of my experience a few days earlier, I trusted them. They have tires with various degrees of tread left on them, so I opted for their best choice for a total of $52 and change. I drive less than 5,000 miles a year, so I figured a good used tire would easily suit me. Now just 21 days later the tire goes flat and I naively went back under the 30-day warranty. First they tell me it is the stem and that the warranty doesn't cover that. Okay, not happy, but whatever. Then 20 minutes later they are showing me a tire that they say is separating and has a hole in it. What? Warranty doesn't cover that either. Surprise, surprise… They tell me I need another tire completely. I drive a small Toyota Scion and a new tire runs a little over $100 at a respectable tire dealer. So, I guess taking advantage of little old ladies is their way of doing business. Boy, did they have me fooled. They had taken "my tire" back behind the work area, so whose to say what occurred there. BEWARE! First impressions are not always reliable and this case, they got me good. Had them put my tire back in my car and I drove away a very, unhappy customer after being shafted for over $50. Sorry folks, didn't mean to mislead you with my first review. Steer clear of this place!
