American Home Shield sent this company out to repair my oven.Had appointment for between 8 am and noon,but by noon it was a noshow.So I called their office and was told that the tech had car problems but was on his way.Two techs show up at 3 pm. They check my oven and said that it needs a new operating board.Said they will report it to my insurance company and set it up for repair our replacement within two weeks.Two weeks pass so I call my insurance company and was told that no report was turned in by Ash repair techs.But Ash did report that techs did come to my home but nobody was there to let them enter.This wasn’t the case.So I call there office and there very unprofessional.They insist they it was a must appointment saying I wasn’t home.How do you stay in business this way.Calling your customers liars. Don’t use this company.

Most horrible company I have ever dealt with .customer service don't exist. They do not repair anything on first home visit. Was scheduled for 8am to 12 noon they show up at 6:30 PM with no contact before letting you know they are behind. When they came to fix washer they put parts in and were not going to even run it to see if it worked. When they were requested to run it it still had the same issue. Very un professional......

Home Depot had this company come fix my Samsung washer. They came out to my residence and said that they needed to replace the “main control board & shocks & drain pump”. They ordered the parts. About a week later I received a call to schedule me for an appointment to get the parts installed. I scheduled it for a Friday at 2:30pm. I requested this time off from work. On that Friday, my wife received a call letting her know they would be there in 10 minutes. This was at 12:00pm! Luckily, I was always heading home at 12:00pm. I got to my house at around 12:15pm and I called to see if they would be showing up at 2:30pm as initially scheduled. I was told that the technician had already stopped by and left because no one was home. I asked for them to send out the tech again. The rep put me on a hold to see what he could do and when he returned on the phone, I was told that the tech was already out of the area. Really? In 5 minutes? I took time off my job to be at home to get my washer repaired!

So, we rescheduled for a week later. I had my brother stay at home that day. The parts were installed, and my brother was told that the washer was now working. I got home and through in a load of clothes…nothing! The washer was still not working! I called them to let them know and was told that I needed to contact Home Depot to have them submit another work order!

C’mon! you failed to fix my washer the least you can do is come back out to fix it! Nope! This company is horrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!

When you call, the person (s) that answer the phone never give their name. Today I waited on hold as caller #1 for 27 minutes again when she answered no name. We have been waiting since November for the repairs to be completed. They never call to give us an update we have to call them. Today service call 8am-12n did not call to say they were running late. This is a horrible company. Management is never available.

This is the WORST repair company out there. Repairs are NOT completed. Phone calls are NEVER returned. They ALWAYS try and reschedule the appointment. They have WASTED my time and money. If you have other options, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

The worst appliance repair ever! THREE MONTHS LATER (supposedly it took that long to get the part from Viking) they came and removed the microwave from under the counter (the only broken part was the spring and HANDLE assembly). THEN, after dismantling everything they realized they did not have the right part!!!!! To make matters worse, between the two of them, they couldn't get it back in correctly! I now have a lop sided microwave hanging under my cabinet! So now, not ONLY do I still have the original problem of the handle, now my microwave is lopsided and not correctly attached to the wall.
