Ordered food a few days ago and found bugs in my steamed broccoli. Contacted the manager right away and was asked to bring the food back but I was unable to because i was clocked in at work. I was treated with a complete lack of respect and was treated as if i was making this all up and they wouldnt make that mistake. Then was told to call back in the morning and talk with the day shift manager and was told they could not refund my money but i could have some coupons. Ive contacted their corporate office and have not heard back from them. I will never spend another dime at a chilis location as long as i live. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my wife and I's favorite place to go out to dinner together. The food is great, the service is great, A+++ all around.
