Not thrilled. I have been there before and they did a decent job. This time there was still stuff on the car, looked like small leaves stuck on and when I pointed it out, he said, "Yeah, that is sticky stuff." My reply, "And that is why I brought it to the car wash." The inside was pretty bad, still dirt on the floors, still lint all over the seats and the windshield looked as if they never washed it inside or out. He said I could pay an upgraded fee to address these issues, but this did not seem right to me. These seemed like basic things that should be included in the car wash. So, I drove right to my favorite place, about 40 minutes away, and they were shocked I had just had it washed...since they found it pretty dirty. Spex, I am ashamed of your lack of caring about my satisfaction and really disgusted that I ended up paying another car wash to finish what your place chose not to clean. Spex is 10 minutes away but I will gladly drive 40 minutes out of my way next time!
