Paid for six months of insurance up front, yet one month prior the six month was up I get a letter stating they need more information from me otherwise I was going to get cancelled, or I would have to pay more to prevent from being cancelled. Long story short I brought the info they requested, yet they still wanted to charge me extra fees. What! Would not recommend doing being business here and I ended up having to find another agency.
