I have been going to these guys for 15 years always professional, great prices I always recommend them to my friends.

I took my car there for a estimate and waited in the lobby for at least a hour. Louie who is the manager wasn't able to give me estimate due to needing to find the parts. So he said he would call me later once he got it all together and let me know. Well 2 days passed and no phone call. So I called him and the guy didn't even remember my car. I'm upset that I was told he was going to get me a estimate and never did. I'm also upset that I spent a hour at the shop waiting. And when I called there was no apology even given. This behavior made me happy that I didn't take my car there.
I think it was very poor customer service.

I've gone to these guys for the last twenty years. Their prices are very competitive with everyone else. What I really like about them is I trust them, they don't try selling you something you don't need. When you figure quality/service/reliability and honesty in to the price, these guys are top notch.
