I use this company for both my Aunt and Mother. Home Instead in El Monte sends the most respectable staff who love what they do (obviously) and it make me and my husband feel so secure. We have went through many other companies to only find that they are not loving or professional. Home Instead just puts a smile on my aunt Bea's and mom's faces. They are loving, fun and efficient. We like Susan, Mike and Olivia. They are a blessing from above for my loved ones.

Home Instead takes care of both my mother and father. I would not trust any one else. They have been dong a great job since January and we appreciate the warm staff who not only cares for them but also entertains them. They are very efficient when to give them their medications, how to bath and dress them. They also take them for walks and shw them love. I am 100% impressed and am getting my sister to sign our uncle Dave up for part-time care. Thanks guys, wonderful job.

At first we were not sure what to expect because we picked their name off a list we received from the hospital, but we now think it was fate. The caregivers were more than competent to care for my mother. They were very compassionate and treated my mother as if she was their own. The office was always there for me as our needs changed and could always have a caregiver there when I had an emergency. The office arrived at my home for the initial visit within 2 hours of my call. They brought all the necessary paperwork and explained everything in great detail before we began. There were no hidden charges or anything misled to me.

Theyre helping out now that we need a caregiver for our mom. The caregivers are very nice and seem to know what theyre doing. Really reliable

We had to take care of our grandfather and someone from Home Instead came out to do an interview with us together.



Their service people came out and were very professional, and when the caregiver came to the house, we were happy to see they knew what they were doing and were really RELIABLE.



My grandfather is happier since we've used home instead and we're not as worried about anything happening with their caregivers.
