Single mom spent hard earned money on a stereo to only learn AFTER install that the backseat connections would no longer work for my son. Went from 1 thing in truck not working to 2 things. Not a good holiday gift for myself as I'm still upset about it.

Customer service was good though and they did offer a discount but being a single mom I already feel I wasted my hard earned money.

I’m very satisfied with my sound in my car! I recommend them for a good job done well and great sound. Couldn’t wish any one better than them. Now let’s listen to music.

I had an auto alarm problem. They sent their tech out, he had no tools? I asked him 3 times how long he had been a tech? Each time he acted preoccupied??

Anyway after an hour he said he couldn't fix it, he collected $150.00 and jumped in his pickup. I asked him to have his manager call me. I'm still waiting!
