I listen to a lot of AM radio shows, i.e. Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, you get the idea. However the AM reception in my BMW 3 series was lousy at best. I also needed a decent radio with blue tooth capability that would work with my current phone. Knowing that Kenwood made good products, it didn't take much sales talk to close the deal on one of their decks. Needless to say, the new radio performed flawlessly, the AM reception was still lousy though. After bringing the car back to Darrien, they tried several different things, but the AM reception was just not clearing up. So I left, disappointed in the car mostly. After doing some research on the web, it turned out earlier 3 series BMW's were notorious for this type of problem. It was a problem with the car, not the radio. After returning to Darrien, I honestly expected to be sent to BMW for a pricey repair, but instead they fixed the problem right then. Customer service just doesn't get any better than this!
