I scheduled an appointment over a month ago. I arrive on time for the appointment and the waiting room is packed. I wait 45 minutes and ask the receptionist how much longer. She leaves and comes back and said the Dr. (?) would like to know if you would like to go to the mall and then come back? I asked how long. She said at least an hour. There is no apparent emergency as people are being called in so I said no cancel. Now I have to find another dentist. Are there really any GOOD dentist working these days? Is my time less important than theirs? I don't think so.
