Be advised they have a very hard time keeping appointments straight. If you miss an appointment they charge you $40. If they forget about your appointment they don't even apologize. Smithtown office is poorly ran and the office supervisor is rude and unprofessional. This is a review from first hand experience. The forgot about appointments 2 times the second left my wife and 4 yo daughter in tears. We have stopped services and found another therapy group
