Stuart Roofing caused damages and will not repair - and they over billed me by 25% above quote. It took them a month to show up. Then they destroyed my gutters, the ridge vent, put a massive hole in my kitchen ceiling and laundry room ceiling, totally messed up the cedar board trim, and totally destroyed one third of my driveway. I have video and email to prove this. Their attempts to repair were a joke and took forever. Everything but the gutters needs to be done. I asked for detailed and certified information regarding the 25% extra charges and they failed to supply it. Then they filed a lien against me. This has been going on for almost 6 months. They will not answer the phone or email. My house needs repair and they are charging me an additional $2,600 — they also seem to have multiple shell corporations. This company is a nightmare

Jim and JR where wonderful. They fix the leak in my front room. I had water pouring out of the wall socket and a big stain on my ceiling. The leak Jim showed me was a valley. They had to tear out the tile and left it open for a month or two but they said that was needed because my roof had to dry or set up. When they where done you really couldn't tell I had a leak, though I had to have a painter come in and fix the ceiling. The good news is that it hasn't leaked yet. I would definitely use them again.
