My refrigerator went down last month and I needed it to store all my food.. I didn't know who to call until I came across this company on Yelp.. Called them up to speak to a rep.. The man was so nice and sent a tech over instantly.. He got the job done well and even helped me clean up.

My Sub-Zero freezer had a water leak onto the hardwood floor, so we had to find someone asap but we had no idea who to call. We didn't want to call unknown service people as the repair service is usually high priced.
I checked out Google and found ACME Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliance repair. After reading the wonderful reviews we made an appointment and the same day the technician came over to help us.
Mark gave us a service time window as well as a 10 minute courtesy call when he was on his way.

Mark arrived right on time with all of his equipment, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour. He showed me the issue and what to do if it happens again, he was very easy to talk to and took the time to answer any questions that I had.

Had Dennis out to fix our Sub Zero refrigerator that stopped blowing cold air. He was professional, quick and not annoyed by my 2 and a half year old making a ton of noise next to him. He had the part with him and was able to repair it and offer some free advice along the way which was nice. All in all, great experience. I truly appreciated all of the advice that went far beyond standard customer service.

If you've got Sub Zero or Wolf appliance problems, definitely call them!!

WOW can you say Repaired in less than a week on special ordered parts for my Sub Zero !!
ACME Sub-Zero repair you guys RULE !! Great Customer service and Great Communication !!
Its so hard to find Honest people that can repair my high end Fridge without gouging me !!!
So I'm hear to spread the word!! I will use ACME Sub-Zero repair every time and not only did they fix my Sub Zero refrigerator but they helped fix my Viking stove too....every body told me it was going to be a hard fix and it was an ordinary fix and got that working too !!
So I got a 2 for 1 repair...I will use them for everything!! Thanks guys !!

Exceptional service at reasonable prices, and we got on their schedule in less than 24 hours. A very reliable company that I would definitely recommend. Gary was our technician and he was great. He got our old Sub-Zero fridge working like new again - and in a hurry, while our food supply languished in a cooler. (It turned out the thermometer was broken, and we also needed a new water valve to the icemaker). Gary also helped troubleshoot what turned out to be a
minor but annoying glitch with our Miele dishwasher, for which I was very grateful.

Gary was prompt, pleasant, courteous, and conscientious. And he went the extra mile for us. For example, after he finished up, he took the time to pull the fridge out from the wall a second time double check his work when it looked like there might be a leak (there wasn't)
- even though it was past quitting time at the end of the day, and even though that fridge is a bear to move. He also helped me clean out the filth that had accumulated under the fridge, which was truly beyond the call of duty. A really nice guy. My allegiances in appliance repair have shifted. From now on, I'm going to call ACME Sub-Zero Appliance repair whenever anything fails - stove, oven, you name it.

Usually I do not write the reviews but this is the case when I have to. I have never had such a great experience. Mark did a good and satisfying job replacing our icemaker at a fair price. He was very professional and flexible with scheduling. We were having problems with one of the burners on our stove, which he took a look at and was able to fix quickly by cleaning some gunk out of it. He did this at no extra charge... It really feels good when someone goes the extra mile! He also took my call that evening after hours when I was concerned that I had not seen any ice yet.. telling me to wait a few extra hours. It started making ice 2 hours later and has been cranking it out ever since. I will not hesitate to call ACME again. It is nice to have a technician you can rely on and trust.

I'm not a mechanically inclined person. Yeah, I can rip apart a computer and figure it out, but a Sub-Zero fridge is waaay out of my league. Seriously though, these guys are pros at what they do and I am really glad they were the ones who came to fix my Sub-Zero a few months ago. First off, the tech Mark was right on time! He knew exactly what was wrong from what I had explained over the phone and how to fix it (the upper unit wasn't cooling but the freezer was still working for those interested.) He walked me through what he was doing as he was doing it, cheerfully answering any questions that I had and throwing a few jokes at me in between. He was there for about 45 minutes, cleaned up, and gave me his number in case any problems arose. Super professional service and excellent customer service are what these guys excel at, and they charged a really reasonable price for the whole thing as well. After all was said and done, this was a really good experience and I would highly recommend their skills and service.

Very professional people who know what they're doing. I never thought getting a fridge repaired would be a nice experience. :-) Have an older Sub Zero side by side and the freezer broke. After doing research whether to buy a new one versus fixing and upgrading the fan, free-on, etc. I went with the repair. Gary was prompt and took the extra effort to ensure the proper Sub-Zero OEM parts were installed and the built in setup was maintained post repair. A job well done. Hope this gives me years of care free refrigerator issues :)

Last Friday I had a problem with my Sub-Zero refrigerator where one of the fan blades chipped, and every time the fan came on, it would sound like a lawnmower was going through the apartment. Gary, the repair guy from ACME, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem with ease. I'd definitely recommend them!

The customer service here is wonderful. I called this company in stress because I was stood up by a Sears repairman who didn't show up to repair my tenant's Sub Zero refrigerator. The customer service I received by Mark was exceptional. He called me back after regular business hours to get me on the schedule. He even called my very unhappy tenant to schedule an appointment so I didn't have to. Did I mention that they scheduled me the very next day! Sears couldn't reschedule until the following week! When my tenant had to make a last minute schedule change, I called the day of the appointment and Gerry was able to move things around and get someone out to the house at the time my tenant requested. Fabulous!! Their repairman came out on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed the fridge in the same day. They were able to take my payment over the phone and I did not have to be present for the repair. As a landlord, that is a HUGE deal. I would highly recommend ACME Appliance company

We have had ACME Appliance come out twice to fix our over a 15 year old Sub Zero freezer. The first time, with the refrigerator, they came out the very same day and fixed the problem in less than one hour. With the Wolf oven, I needed to schedule it because of my work, but they came out, identified the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes again. It's annoying that my pricey appliances are already having problems, but awesome that I have found a repair service I can rely on and trust. I highly recommend them. Thanks
