Yeah maybe on paper. On 11/03, my wife paid 36.89 for a "full service oil change". The van was overdue and needed its tires rotated and according to the dash had a couple tires with low air pressure. I checked out the van when I got home. Not only did the tires still have low air but they were also never rotated. Although there lil check sheet stated it was done and everything was ok. Makes me wonder if they cant do something so simple would you trust them with your brakes? No thanks!

Took my 2000 Nissan Frontier in for brakes, While there I noticed they left the front brake calipers hang by the rubber brake hoses while they were doing something else. When I pointed this out to the guy at the front desk, he said that wouldn't hurt the hoses and that was normal. a few months later I noticed I had no emergency brakes. I know they worked before I let them work on it

I've had work done here before, and was generally satisfied. However, we recently purchased a new car and took it to Brake Masters for the first oil change. During the oil change, they rotated the tires and broke the valve stem/air pressure sensor. They were quick to say they'd pay for it, until they found out how much it cost. As soon as I got a price quote, the backpedaling started. Chaz told me there was no way they could have broken it, and that I must have done it. (They pretty much told me they broke it until money time...) I got it fixed at Discount Tire and two different service techs told me that a mechanic could easily have broken it. In the end, Brake Masters ponied up about half the cost, but it wasn't easy. I'm just glad it wasn't something more expensive. I don't have the money to cover their carelessness.

Chaz and all the mechanics here go out of their way to ensure the best price for whatever work needs to be done. The quality of work is excellent and Chaz stands behind the work. I have brought all my vehicles here for eight years and have no plans of going anywhere else. I know the diagnosis of a problem will not be inflated, they will not try to sell me something I don't need and will complete the work professionally and quickly.
