HORRIBLE these people are jerks I could barely speak with the Indian or Muslim accented person and he was very cocky and condescending and I know my way around cars and parts. Part ended up being bad and a waste of money it was a Hybrid battery off a Honda Civic Hybrid thank god I didn't have to pay a mechanic to put it in still wasted my drive there and the 3 hours it took to install and then to remove again!!

dont waste your money, the parts are not tested!!! im out 350 bucks to my mechanic due to buying a bad transmission

I called them from 150 miles away for a part that I could not find anywhere else. I told him I needed other interior parts and he gave me a few to chose from. Great service and great parts. the negative review could have been a bad transmission computer.

i need ac compressor for mercedes benz found really cheap it came with clutch also for 200 bucks (denso) . i waited for 1 hour for it.other then good place to get parts.

Back in August 08' I bought from them a transmission-they offered their supposed "warranty".Got the transmission installed, and it was a no go. It would not engage in gear at all. Wasted money/time gettng it installed, the transmission ended up to be 450$ from them + taxes. Called them up, they said some things like "no no it can't be bad". Took a few more further calls to get them to order a pisspoor transmission from somewhere in Louisana, got it 5 weeks or so later after I called. It was October when they finally gave me a "new transmission" when I orginally ordered from them Aug 14. This transmisson came damaged. Had it installed because they ensured it was "alright, it dosen't matter!" Only worked for less then ten minutes before it wouldn't engage in any gears. Called them and comfronted, the situtaton and nothing-they refused to replace or refund. Citing it was my fault that I got a damaged transmission and tried to sell me another one. Don't use them for anything, not worth it.

five stars. name is Wanda i found Elite on the computer,staff was very nice,had what i needed also very clean office new in the tampa bay check them out for parts.
