I've been renting from the Faulkenburg Centre for 5 months now and have seen a tremendous increase in my business. The location is easy to get to for my customers, whether it's from I-75 North or South, or from the Crosstown Express way from Tampa or Pinellas. The staff is easy to work with and responds quickly to any need. I would definitely recommend renting from the Faulkenburg Centre.

My company leases a unit here. Robin is very professional and easy to do business with.The property is well maintained and security has not been an issue. We continue to be well pleased with our decision to establish our business here.

I have a small real estate firm looking to move my office out of my house. I toured the property with the manager Robin Maxey and was so impressed on how professional and friendly this center is. My deadline to move out of my house is October and I plan to come back and sign a lease!
