The groomer has been grooming my baby for years and she does amazing work! I highly recommend amy and her husband.

I scheduled three dogs for a grooming today the first two she completed without incident as I was leaving to return to work I noticed her hit the third dog three or four Times and told her not to bite her again. I would not recommend punky and putty to anyone ever.

We have used Amy for over a year and have never had a problem with her services. Our Cocoa wags his tail when she comes in to get him and he looks so handsome when he comes back.

Over priced... made my dogs toes bleed... gave my dog a horrible hair cut and refused to fix it. The woman on the phone was very rude. Never do service with them again.

Made an appointment month in advance. They never called or showed up. Never use this business I was a new customer.also..no way to get a business started

I CALLED AMY THE BUSINESS OWNER 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY DOG GROOMED. I CALLED HER ONE WEEK TO CONFIRM, THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM AND THE DAY OF TO CONFIRM. NO ANSWER ON THE DAY OF, SHE WAS DUE TO GROOM MY DOG AT 4:l30 SHE NEVER SHOWED, SHE NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO CANCEL OR SAY SHE COULDN'T MAKE IT.... SHE DOESN'T ANSWER HER PHONE, SHE DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS.... SHE IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER .... I WILL NEVER USE HER OR REFER HER ....
