They are only open from 7 am - 10 am and then again from 3 pm - 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. If you need assistance while they are closed, good luck! VM will say leave a message but no one will return your phone call. While I was returning my rental, someone called to say they were having battery problems with the rental. The rep told them to call the 1-800- road service. I don t believe they service their cars. I was given a Honda Civic and on the 2nd day of renting, the oil light came on. The car wasn t even the latest model but a 2010. Also they classify ordinary compact cars as intermediate. When I asked why was I given a compact when my reservation said intermediate I was told they classify the Honda Civic as intermediate and the rep showed me the list. They even had a Nissan Sentra as an intermediate)I never have good experiences with Avis so I don t plan to ever rent from an Avis facility again.
