Took time off work and paid $75 service fee to basically be told by the appliance repairman that our washer was broken (which we knew and is why we called for a repair) but he wasnt for sure what was wrong with it or how to repair it. Save your time and money and call another appliance place if you need a washer repaired!

Not happy! Service man said he was going to order my part and months passed and still no part. Had to call someone else.

Was able to schedule appointment within 2 days of calling. Repairman arrived within prearranged time frame. Dryer problem was quickly identified & repaired. Final cost very close to estimate. Repairman offered information on dryer in general & ways to avoid future problems. Very satisfied, would recommend, would use services again!

friendly service; but a week to get a simple part? I checked a parts store and they had them in stock. would have been 5 stars

I highly recommend this man. Reasonable cost, quick response, and excellent work. A small businessman who deserves your trust.

They "worked me in" to get my out refrigerator going again the same day! Great service!
