I experienced worst customer service there. The sales person in the mobile section in the Best Buy store recommended to upgrade new two phones with similar monthly payment. Later it turned out it's lying. I tried to resolve the issue and went to there three times and wrote to Best Buy customer service. But, they continue to disregard my request to adjust it. I filed complaints to BBB and Federal and California customer protection departments. If you want to get new phones or upgrade phones, go to the store by directly managed by Verizon Wireless or AT&T, if you don't waste of your time later.

Best Buys are good stores, just skip this one. People are just lazy here.

Nobody wants to answer the phones. It rang and rang then the phone on the other side hung up on me. I wanted to ask a question so I didn't have to use up my gas to go there just to hear them say "No we Don't". Isn't this a wonderful Buisness for customers?

i would like to warn anyone who would like to purchase a tv or any appliance for that matter. I bought a 42 plasma television from this store and i bought the warrenty and i have been waiting about 2 months for service. I have made 5 different appointments for service an the tech never shows. the warrenty they provide is a waste of money cause they will never show up at your home anyways and the tvs go bad just after the year from purchase. i tryed to contact customer service and was always told to call back the next day and now it has been 2 months and i am very dissappointed in best buy they should change mades to crappy buy haha

This best buy is okay, it s hard to get help and if you cannot find something it may take you a while getting help. Overrall it is always a good place to shop, just the service is really slow.
