I've had one other Brazilian wax before this one and let me just say this experience was horrible. The woman who did my wax (Kyle) was very pushy and rude. She didn't seem to be pulling the wax off at the right angles which lead to extreme swelling and excruciating pain, not to mention not all of the hairs were removed. Because of the pain, I felt like I was about to pass out from the blood rushing to my head. I asked if I could have a minute to try and calm down and she rudely responded that she had another appointment right after me. As a customer I felt like my feelings meant absolutely nothing.
