I couldn't have been any happier with Neighbors. They were friendly, professional, efficient and kind. They did all they possibly could to make the move less stressful for me, including waiting patiently at the end while I finished vacuuming. I only wish the service at this end had been half as good.

I had a horrible experience with Neighbors. They damaged my property and were difficult to reach by phone. They did not return any phone calls. I am disappointed I used them and would NOT recommend them to anyone who values their belongings.

I had a short local move recently that put some of my items in storage and chose Neighbors because they were close by. While they seemed intent on getting more costs put into the move and had reams of paperwork to fill out covering them (among other things they didn't cover any Ikea furniture*/basically anything made from particle board), there was very little covering me, just something about getting paid by the pound for anything that they did cover and needing to give them notice of damage within 30 days of the move. I needed to recover something from my storage unit which is when I found behind other furniture and facing away from the door so it couldn't be seen my very damaged solid oak table. I wrote to them for compensation within the time frame, but have yet to hear back from them. I have another longer distance move coming up and will be using someone else.* and yes, they damaged my Ikea bookcases as well.

These guys are worse than labor ready. I wouldn't use them ever again. Horrible experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Neighbors Moving and Storage. They were so easy to work with and made the whole moving process so easy! The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and took care of all my items. I would refer them to anyone!

This is the 4th move that I've made in the last 5 years. I have done 2 through the military, one through my last employer and this one on my own. I was very impressed with the service that Neighbors Moving provided. It is by far the most professional and knowledgeable company that I have used so far. I will definitely use them again.

I have to admit that i wasn't as prepared for my move as I hoped to be, but the movers from Neighbors Moving really did a fantastic job of moving my furniture quickly and safely. They even helped me pack up the rest of my china and did an awesome job at that as well. These guys were really hard workers and such friendly people too. I will definitely call them again.Sharon
