Absolutely horrible place to live nothing much has changed. The office personnel tried to make it seem like the property was so well kept. Lies all lies. The police are still constantly here. The employees still friend the wrong tenants while maintenance runs around here all day and still nothing gets accomplished. Rats are on the inside and out of the apts. Even with the many stray cats roaming the property. Appliances don't work roofs constantly leaking. Let's not forget the infestation of roaches water bugs and bedbugs. Then there's the everyday harassment to sign a new lease. Like are u crazy!!

It is a very safe place to live and raise a family. I love the fact that there is security every evening.

It is now under new ownership. I expect changes after meeting with them!!

What should they do? Just wait patiently until someone feels like paying the rent? It's a business. If you were to get a JOB (dirty word huh?) and take responsibility for your own life instead living off the government dole, you might understand better.

Horrible service at the gate. Most of the time they take a long time to answer the gate phone. They are notable for taking the Section 8 tenants to court for payments, harrassing the tenants whenever section 8 forgets to send payment. You may want to use your Section 8 benefit elsewhere.

Not a good family place. High crime and police traffic due to drug problems. Manager (Ross) is involved in shady dealings with minors and so is the on-duty security that I've witnessed. If you are honest and don't cause problems you are targeted by security and management while drug dealers and non-residents roam freely and undeterred. Security befriends the criminal element and picks on the good kids, while the loud and obnoxious kids with crazy parents roam freely. Thin walls, breezy doors and windows, water and heat cut off regularly. HUGE ROACH PROBLEMS. Nothing practically done by management. Lost clothes due to leaks in the apartment, owner refuses to compensate. Not worth all the problems.
