CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

Had an appointment at 8:00 am on 1/19/2015. The purpose is to make a crown. The clinic made a big mistake. I almost lost one of my good tooth. I asked the assistant to double check whether I need the crown for that tooth. Later the manager said a lady made a mistake and apologized to me. In fact, I don't need crown at all, if I didn't ask the assistant to check it again.
