Bad business: Took a laptop motherboard to Oars to have a power jack replaced. When I got the motherboard back the soldering job was terrible, they assured me that it was working and if I had any problems with it to bring it back in. Well I had problems with it so I took it back to them. They then tried to tell me that my battery was dead and I needed a new one. I was suspicious about the work they did so I took the motherboard to 3 other computer repair companies. All the companies said that they do not know how to solder and that they totally destroyed my motherboard beyond repair. I took the motherboard back to them with the information which was told to me. All I got was a dumb look from them and them telling me that the board worked fine when I left with it the first time. Everyone beware!!!! This company does not guarantee their work. Taking them to small claims court now.

Don't waste your time or money. I took the item I needed to replace to this store. They sold me the wrong thing, TWICE. After 3 trips to their store they finally determined they did not have what I needed and instead of giving me a refund this is what they said...We will sell you a lesser product and give you an in-store credit of the $40 difference in cost, we will give you in-store credit for the $85, or we will give you a refund with a 20% restocking fee. Unbelievable. They sold ME the wrong thing and then wanted to charge me 20% to give it back!! Look them up on the BBB, it's not the first time they have coducted business in that manner, and I'm betting it's not going to be the last.
