Tried to get my dog an appointment with their opthamalogist after being to 2 other emergency vets and a week dealing with a worsening eye condition. I called on a Sunday and was told the only way I could get my dog in to see the opthamalogist was if I admitted my dog as an emergency case and he stayed overnight. I asked if I could bring him in the morning and leave him until his 1:30 appointment to be told "they were not a boarding facility." They could have cared less about treating my dog, and Ive never delt with such rude, unprofessional staff in my life. They made it very obvious they cared about that emergency visit fee and overnight stay more than they cared about my dogs eye.
