BEST BUY? I don't think so! I saw at Walmart PowerBeats 3 earbuds Bluetooth for $149.00, I wanted to buy these for my wife, but I told her "lets wait we can probably get it for a lesser price at Best Buy" was I wrong. At Best Buy it was $199.00!! at first I asked the sales person if he would match the price, I had taken a picture of the Walmart price w/ all the info. They would not accept this PERIOD! Then I went to the Mgr. and he said they would sell it to me for $169.00. Now, why would I pay $50.00 MORE (@ $199.00) let alone $20.00 more per the Mgr. of Best Buy?? We then went to Sam's Club in Tyler, and saw the SAME earbuds for $148.00. Be aware shoppers!! Best Buy Tyler, Texas IS NOT your best buy.

WARNING- I had a terrible experience!

The computer salesman showed me a laptop computer that would work good, & I told him that I want that 1. I bought it, got home 15-20 miles away, opened it & saw it was not the right 1 that I was being shown! Took it back to get the right 1 that I was originally showed & that 1(frameless) got replaced with 1 with a frame around the display & they charged me $100.00 more than the salesman originally told me!



PS. I had a TERRIBLE experience!!!

for my sons b-day I ordered call of duty advanced warfare day 0 atlas limited edition at least 8 weeks ago to get extra perks and double points within first 24 hours. was released at midnight last night but my order wont be here until tomorrow 11/4/2014..... 80$ Calling Tyler store to find out if any extra there we can buy at closing time and at least get a few hours of extra benefits.. on hold right now so far for 24 minutes, now 32 minutes, now 38 minutes...43 min...45 min... I give up..!!? its 6:30pm. WOW very disappointed 12 y/o only rated 1 star because zero wasn't available and couldn't submit this review unless star chose.

Yesterday, I walked into BestBuy to get my new toshiba laptop fixed again, due to another hardware failure (third times a charm). I had to wait about 15 mins to see someone at the geek squad counter, but when I got through the line, they actually took excellent care of me. While they were working on my laptop, I decided to look at some Macs, since I was tired of the poor quality and glitchy programming of a windows computer. Upon walking over to the Macs, several sales associates walked right past me after I tried to flag them down to get me a computer. They didn't seem interested in helping this customer. I waited for 30 MINUTES! for someone to come over and get me my new computer, not sell me, just hand me the right box so I can buy it, and I have never been more disappointed in the sales reps. I waved at them, tried to get their attention for about 10 minutes, and then I waited patiently for the remainder of the time, to no response. This Best Buys customer service is so incredibly poor, the only people who offered to help me or even approached me for that matter were the one guy at geek squad, and some guy for directTV that didn't even work there! Don't shop here unless you can help yourself, because these people just don't want to help you. They didn't want to sell me a computer, but because I had very pressing business waiting on my ability to have a working computer, I decided to just buy it and get out of there. I will never go to this Best Buy again. This business gets two thumbs down. The service AND prices are better at Wal-Mart!!

Called Tuesday, September 5, phone message says store is closed. There is no way around this message. They have my computer for repairs and it is very aggravating not to be able to get in touch with someone.

store opens at 11:00 am, at 2:00 pm nobody has realized they don't have incoming calls since phone system is still on after hours mode saying they are closed and gives store hours. Wanted an item Westinghouse 7636043 (159.99). monitor that came out in todays sale paper but on the internet their system only shows 3 stores in the whole state of TEXAS that has them. Felt like it wouldn't be on front page of sale paper and they not have them in the stores, but you can't contact the local store when they don't pay attention to their phone system and only have one phone number listed and no direct internet to each store.
