The first time I went the food was EXCELLENT. The second time it was less than desired. Especially after telling a friend how good it was then he and I both not experiencing that. The waitress we had was trying WAY TOO HARD to make a tip by excessively calling everyone "honey", "sugar", "baby", "sweetie". Way too thick.

Last 2 times we went here it was mediocre at best. We thought maybe they were having a bad night. But this time it's gotten worse. Management really needs to step it up. In addition to the food just plain slop, all the servers seemed miaerable.

This is my family's go-to place to eat when we have a night out. The food is delicious (especially the dinner buffet with the cooked-to-order steaks), the staff are mostly friendly and helpful and there is always a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Most nights, they have roasted and fried chicken, fried and baked fish, steaks, pot roast, meatloaf, and delicious sides (like their heavenly mac and cheese!) They also have two different kinds of salad bars, one with typical (but many) salad options and the other has fresh fruit like pineapple and melons and other cold salads like pasta and pea salad. The best part for my family, who are all diabetics, is the wide variety of no sugar added desserts they offer, more than any other buffet I've ever been to. They have an even more decadent and vast variety of regular desserts including both soft serve and hand dipped ice creams, bread pudding, chocolate and carrot cakes. The prices can't be beat, either. Ryan's is made for families!
