As far as ADS Standards go, We follow strict guidelines to ensure the integrity and prompt results to clients, If you do not pay for a MRO review when having a court ordered test then results will stay what was confirmed at the lab, We do not EVER act as a MRO when dealing with such strict guidelines put forth from the state. I am involved in a 3 year custody suit with Clark County family court. I went into ADS a year ago for a voluntary drug screening. (my son's mother accused me of being on methamphetamine) Laramie Roberts had all of my personal information before I ever arrived for my appointment. I am a licensed medical marijuana patient and have been for four years due to a broken back and high levels of pain I have to endure every minute of every day. Laramie knew I was an mmj patient, I assume from my ex or her attorney. (why my personal information was any of her concern is beyond me) The test was for fingernail clippings. Laramie spread (what appeared to be) a black plastic garbage bag on the counter. It was a textured/dimply type of plastic. She exlaimed how much she "hated the new collection bags. And that they resembled a fat woman's as." The fingernail clippers she provided me were so stiff that they sent the clippings flying everywhere like shrapnel. On my theird fingernail, Laramie yanked the clippers from my hand, and asked me "if I was retarded", and that "it is a good thing they are not testing me for the other stuff" (interesting fact is..... I am mmj patient, I never told her that. And I have a daughter who is "special needs" But I guess some people in a professional atmosphere prefer to call those individuals retards!" Same experience as post by rude and unproffessional. I brought my prescription down to them to avoid getting the "dirty" results. I was treated even worse then. Then Laramie accused ME! of being rude. Than began to threaten me about how she reports to the courts and I better be careful etc. etc. etc. Low and behold, I have trial net wek and Laramie Roberts is on the opposing parties subpeona list! Trying to say that my mmj level was above the legal limit.... A mmj patient has no legal li mit first of all. It is at the patients discretion. The legal limit she is referring to is the 6 ng for a recreational users DUI test. My legal limit is 24 ounces per 60 days. A whole lot more than 6 nanograms. I am not in criminal court and I wasn't driving. The only good report Laramie has here is obviously from the guy she put into drug treatment. Is it just me, or is it clearly obvious that Laramie Roberts is an active 12 step member and has her own beliefs and opinions regarding everybody and their MEDICAL issues, and twists them into her own experiences with them. News flash Laramie!! Not everyone is a drug addict like you! The only training, crudentials that she has is an online course on watching people pee in cups. If you are looking to get into drug treatment, go see Laramie Roberts. If you are using a drug under a Dr.'s reccomendation and supervision, steer clear. Laramie will impose her will upon anybody she can. It seems her boss is completely bulldogged by her too. I made several calls to her trying to talk to her about her employees unprofessional behavior. I never recieved a return call. Laramie will be in trial with me next week. I would imagoine to do some more lieing and bullying. I can only assume the power she feels from being able to testify in court compensates for her being what she is. A recovering ADDICT who watches people pee in cups for a living.' I will be updating thispost after trial next week. Avoid this woman like AIDS! She is a bad apple!

They do not follow chain of custody protocol. as a result they report misinformation that has lasting effects. especially if the results are being used in court. for example my story; I take an amphetamine daily. still do. I have a prescription for my meds. but yet they reported my test positive to the court. even after sending it to their "MRO" which never contacted me to find out the about the prescription even though I told the assistant and im assuming her boss. funny thing I had to contact the "MRO" when I did it was someone from Advance diagnostics claiming to be the MRO, who ever that "Jennifer" was said she would talk to my dr and have it taken care of as in switching the positive to a negative. instead she email the same exact email from the first one. wow professional huh? this has cost me a huge amount of money and time. and a ton of pain and suffering, I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone. they are horrible and morally screwed up.

LMAO, I and 2 other students are writing an essay for an English class. Subject, being scammed by lab testing facilities. Team member 1 went to Advanced Diagnostics Services. Let me start with stating that all 3 students are drug free, the intent of the essay was to see what the process is for someone to take a personal test, as in not for any employer or court ordered. when the team member called ahead she was told that ADC was able to get a reading as low as 6ng of thc same day for a fee of $60, not true and not to drink any water as for dollution.Team member paid the fee and went to pee. In less than 2 min, there was a knock on the door by an employee saying times up. The employee grabbed the sample, smelled it and dumped it into the toilot.the employee then said we want you to go into the waiting room and drink water for 15 min and try again. At this point, the team member was confused as for she was just told not drink water, overall the teammate lost $60, with 0 results.Scammed

Went into the clinic on a voluntary basis. Laramie made comments about the collection bag being dimpled and "being as bad as a fat girls ass". She then proceeded to grab the nail clippers from me and call me a "retard" because the clippers were so stiff they sent nail clippings flying around.When I returned to the clinic she was rude and insulting and then accused me of having an attitude. She stated she was going to give me a bad report because of this. Unbelievable unprofessional attitude, I cannot believe they let her deal with the public. She is the most unprofessional derogatory person I have ever had to deal with and her discriminatory statements were way over the top for someone in her position.In my opinion, the woman should be fired.My communication with her supervisor was not even responded to. I am filing reports with every legislative group I can about this woman. She should not be working with the public in any capacity.

I appreciate Laramie and her entire staff for what they do. When we send people for pre-employment screening the staff contact us quickly if there are any issues and addressed promptly. Safety is very important to our business, we would not go anywhere else.

I came in and took a test and failed. Expecting to be treated badly I found that Laramie didn't do any such thing. She offered information that would help me do something different. I sent her flowers to thank her for not treating me pourly. All I can say is I am clean and sober and have been for 3 yrs. and the person who encouraged me was the person who is being badmouthed. Kind of makes you wonder now doesn't it? Thank you for treating me the way you did!!!!

If you want to be talked down to and treated like a crack head from the get go, then this is the place to go! The lady at the front desk, Laramie Roberts, was nothing but a loud-mouthed bully, and she lies! Have some respect for yourself, family, employees, etc. and take your money else where!! I'm not doing this to be malicious, but this honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility, and to think this service was paid for sickens me. If you have no other option to go anywhere else, then I would request the elderly lady to help you, and avoid Laramie Roberts.

More failed policy enforcers , what a person does in the privacy of their own home on their own time is no ones business. Tobacco and alcohol abuse cause more problems than someone smoking a joint at home after work. As an employer you only employ these people you do not own them.A paycheck is not a receipt for someones privacy rights.If someone is not performing their job , then fire them.But if you need a test to tell if someone does something you disapprove of , then they must not be so out of control that you can measure it in job performance.
