I've also been coming here for a long time putting up with "a lot" because of convenience, however, I'm done. After countless times asking to dry more here and there; I worked out a deal to have the same guy detail my car and an agreed to tip of $7.00 which I think is fare.



My patronage has been met with nothing but attitude and rude, lazy service. I even had a guy that works the front tell me my car was a piece of Sh*t and that my $7.00 was not enough. WHAT? I AM not high maintenance. I simply want it done right.



The car detail shop I use in NorCal is amazing! These guys SUCK and have bad attitudes.



This place lost a good once a week customer. Advice: Check your attitiudes, care about doing a good job, honor your agreements and be kind.
