My husband and I were Christmas shopping Saturday afternoon and had the most amazing experience! We were greeted by every associate and the store manager, Sterling, totally went out of his way to help us!!! Marshall Ann checked us out in customer service and Antonio helped is with our bicycle purchases....we were so pleased with the store. Will NEVER shop at another Toys R Us!!! I tried to do the customer satisfaction survey at the top of my receipt but I was a day late :( these people deserve a raise!!

This is the best toys r us babies r us combo store ...staff always ask if we are finding everything we need and if we have any question they always have the right answer...never had such great customer service

I should have checked this woman's name tag, but unfortunately I didn't. My husband and I are looking to replace our kid's car seats. We need to fit 3 across in the back seat of my crossover. When I asked for assistance after meandering through the car seat section, this woman was absolutely no help at all. She knew nothing about car seats, how many would fit, what was best... NOTHING!!! I would think she would at LEAST have offered to find someone who could help us with our questions, but she didn't. She brushed us off and referred me to BuyBuyBaby. No worries, I'll be going there first from now on!
