They will sell you items and when you go back for repair or replacement they always tell you that the item is no longer serviced and they try to sell you something else. If they tell you it will take one hour be prepared to be there for about 3 hours. And there customer service is awful. If someone comes in after you have been waiting and they are going to spend more money they will service them first.

I will never recommend this place to anyone.The man at the front desk seemed cool enough and he was damn sure to explain he will do the best job possible for the best price.
So after I get my new system I slowly start to find out that all parts used are cheap.The way they ran the amp to the battery and ground was garbage and along with the way they installed the amp under my seat was Cleary done by someone who has no interest in doing a good or even a decent job.
It's sad that I know have to go somewhere else just to have the job done right.I hope people choose to read this warning before actually going to this shady business!

Installed my satelite radio wrong.The instructions clearly said how NOT to install it(antenna inside of the vehicle),they did it anyways.They told me it was best because car washes will ruin the antenna.

I tried another car stereo shop in Victorville before Soundcity 2 and I was so disappointed...I wish I had gone to Soundcity 2 to begin with! We just moved up to the High Desert and needed to upgrade our stereo system. The guys from Sound City 2 gave us a great deal, told us which system was the best for our SUV, and didn't try to sell us the most expensive. Good honest shop that didn't try to rip us off.

Best Car Stereo Shop I have found close to my house in Spring Valley Lake just off Bear Valley Road. The manager Mike and the owner worked with me to get my stereo installed the same day, and I added a car alarm. I would recommend Sound City 2 to anyone who wants a good deal and want his or her stereo installed the right way, and these guys worked with me on the price, thanks Sound City 2
