Our dog returned in such horrible condition after a 5 day stay.
He lost 3 lbs, you can feel the bones in his back, it was 30% of his total body weight. Not only was he skinny and weak, he was filthy, exhausted and ravenous upon his return.
His fur was caked in pee and vomit or "something”. I also wanted to use a coupon I received, but they refused to honor the coupon to top it all off!
The owner was suppose to call us back to explain why our dog returned in such a sad state, however we have heard nothing. I can't believe I paid $190 to have our dog abused.
