The service in the store is excellent. The service scheduling and by phone to reschedule is poor. There is too much waiting time and too many redirecting on the telephone. Once we got to the correct person, the service was great.

I bought two GPS receivers and a HP laptop with their warranty from this store. First GPS receiver went out after 18 months. They told me to get another one from to replace it. They were quick only as fast as their computer system can go!!! The laptop is still going strong!

bought a large screen tv with ext. warranty less than 6 months ago. they have been out 3 times and still cannot fix it. the last time the repair man ask for $40 for gas and he still is unable to repair. i have spent countless hours with them on the phone trying to get someone back out. now today i cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the location (Virginia bch) for 3 hours. i would not recommend to anyone.

I love best buy, it is fun just to walk around and see what is available to use geeks. I rarely walk out with nothing. Set up nicely and lots of sales
