Our dog, Andy, loves going to see his canine friend and leaders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He always comes home exhausted and happy.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I was so disappointed when I found out their boarding was not as advertised. They did not have someone there overnight as they said. I only found out when another family member went to bring something up for our dog and relayed to me (out of state at the time) that management was about to leave my dog for 14 hours (that is not a typo). No one coming to let him out for a potty break or anything and he had just started a medicine that made him drink and urinate more than usual. I had someone come pick up my dog, as being kept in a room for 14 hour would have been torture for him. He is large and old and would do anything not to have an accident indoors. I felt so sorry for the dogs still there - I am sure their owners had no idea! Never heard a thing from them such as an explanation or apology. Shame on them!

Has excellent and caring staff.
