Provided by YP.comCustomer Service is awful! I have to call A-Max at least once a month for business purposes and every time I call, I'm ALWAYS put on hold for 30-40 minutes then hung up on. This has happened almost every time I've called and it's incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate. What makes it worse is that during the 40 minute wait no one ever comes back on the line to check on me or to say "I'm so sorry for the wait, but thank you for being so patient, we still have all of our agents with a customer can I get your name and number so I can call you back." I KNOW if this has happened to me numerous of times it has happened to others......
