Great experience. I went in to get a watch battery changed and was in and out in under 5 minutes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They also have a variety of nice watches, both new and pre-owned, including some beautiful pocket watches.
I would highly recommend Clocktiques for all of your watch and clock needs.

I wandered into Clocktique needing a new battery and watch band. The customer service I received was impecable. They treated me like family and even bent over backwards to be sure I was happy. I cannot say enough about this wonderful little shop. If nothing else it's worth going in to see the lovely collection of clocks and watches, and to meet the great owners. I will definitely go back when the need arises.

I took my family's mantle clock that had not run in many years to Clocktiques. The clock is now cleaned and repaired and running beautifully. It keeps excellent time and sounds wonderful when it chimes. When I picked up the clock, the people at Clocktiques took the time to educate me about the clock, how best to wind it, start and stop the pendulum, and carry it home. They gave me some interesting information about the clock and how it's built. I was impressed by their expertise as well as their commitment to service. Excellent workmanship and I highly recommend this shop for repair service on antique clocks.

After years of trying to find someone to work on our 250 year old tall case clock I found Rick at Clocktiques! He not only beautifully refurbished our tall case clock, he cleaned and adjusted two other clocks for us. Rick knows his clocks, and if you go into his store you will find yourself in a wonderland of clocks. He's the "go to" guy for clocks of all kinds.
