This place is very rude they don't know how to run a business the owner apparently the guy that checks you smh he is rude his worker is rude I had to call the state on them they play around with
your prescription.im warning you don't go here try the pain management in Milford before you go here

I’ve been a patient here for many years and they are superb! The two APRN’s are fantastic, professional and kind. They always treat me with respect and help treat my pain effectively. Ben is always on top of things and the other staff are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. My pharmacy was out of the medication and so I had to call them to switch it to a different one and despite being short staffed, they had it done within an hour! God bless them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🥰

VERY NEW TO PAIN MANAGEMENT FOR NERVE, BACK AND HIP ISSUES AND AM JUST SO GRATEFUL FOR MY PRIMARY DOCTOR HELPING ME GET INTO NEW SOLUTIONS IN MILFORD ... BEN DOES NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE CORRECTLY AND IT IS SHOCKING AND SAD HOW PATIENTS ARE TREATED !!!! I NEVER POST REVIEWS EITHER AND AM FILING A GRIEVANCE AS WELL ... THAT WHOLE OFFICE IS MESSED UP AND I WONDER IF THE PA'S/DR'S ON MEDS AS WELL ... VERY VERY VERY FRIGHTENING !!!! PLEASE DON'T GO THERE ....

The office us the rudest and the most uncaring staff I have ever dealt with. I had a problem with my insurance and the maun man Ben told me to get it fixed and he would only the check me in. So I spent five hours with the insurance company on the phone and went back at 3:30 and the ignorant woman who does the billing said they would see me in 2 weeks. I ask her to call my insurance because I was given a direct number she could call and she told me I am NOT calling them. So I have to wait two weeks with NO medivation and now I am very sick without them. They would NOT lift a finger to help me. They had 5 people in the office doing nothing at this time. I told her my insurance was all corrected and I need my meds because I am getting sick and she said that was not her problem.Its the worst service from a doctor EVER!!!!

Front desk Benjamin a real mean disrespectful man. Should not be taking care of patients especially with chronic pain. Husband asked simple question due to he could not stand long and room was standing only. He jumped down husband's throat said you don't like it leave.

When I first started going to see Dr. Marks it took almost 2 years before I actually got to see the doctor every time I went I saw the PA which is NOT what my insurance was paying for and in the beginning there would be about 3 or 4 people there to see the doctor and after 2 years of going there it looked like a methadone clinic there were SO MANY people there that there were no empty seats and people sitting on the floor out into the hallway TERRIBLE TERRIBLE and this was the closest place for me to go because I have Husky D for insurance.... I live in Plainville and there are at least 5 Pain Management doctors here but they DO NOT accept my insurance one of the doctors is about 3 min walking distance from where I live....WORST doctors office I have ever been to

I have been seeing Dr. Marks and the rest of the staff for over a year now. They are kind, attentive and caring. They do have a very busy practice, and sometimes the wait can be long. But all considered, I feel that PCA is one of the best pain management groups that I have seen. Highly recommend.

Very kind and pleasant staff and atmosphere. Only wish they were closer to my home they take very good care of each patient and their specific needs. A very busy office but very efficiently run!

This place is nothing more than an ego driven machine. Their policies aren't fair ie: was in the hospital twice and missed appointment, they kicked me out. Even had my surgeon call and they refused to take me back as a patient.

Beside all the services, they treat u like a dog with a leach around your neck by cutting your medication to the point that it is not fair. all they worry is about the DEA, so why do they have a clinic if that's all they worry about and not the patient needs. I'm off the leach now with a better place, so everyone will see what i'm saying sooner or later. If you say that the meds is not working or ask for anything else, they will pull their bag of excuses out and if u tell the true to them it is the same as lying, your word is nothing. they look at you as a drug addict, like they don't have any family members suffering from unmanageable pain. Good Luck to whoever goes there and always keep a back up plan with this place!!!!!!!!!!

PCA Pain Care Center has a wonderful staff who are caring and helpful. Everytime I call there they staff is very understanding. I have never had a bad visit.

This office runs very smoothly and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr.Marks is very knowledgeable and his support staff is great.
