It's been Great Lakes, The Bright Sky and Now All American Medical Pharmacy. No matter what they call themselves the service sucks. They never get your RX's out on time and frequently switch brands on you. They charge my insurance $18.50 for 100 dried out alcohol swabs. I have been waiting for a month for my prescriptions and am out of insulin and they don't care. Guess what I transferred back to my local Kroger.

This is a very good company now, but it is the pharmacy that is still located in MI. I went through the whole transition of Great Lakes to BrightSky and now All American Medical.

Ever since this company changed to bright sky it has been the worst experience ever. If I could have given it 0 stars i would. Managing my diabetes is very important to me and this company makes that impossible. They do nothing but give you the run around and are constantly delaying my life dependant medical supplies, In the process of finding another company. Hope to never have to deal with them in the future. Stay away if you are looking for a dependable company for your medical supplies.
