I had a great experience in getting my Cadillac hood repaired. Ray, the Manager was very courteous and understanding on the work to be done in the required time. I appreciate Ray going the extra mile to help. The work was very high quality and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone

Moe was really great! I got into an accident with my PT Cruiser and the insurance was giving me issues with getting it fixed. Moe gave me some really great advice on how to handle the situation, and then they fixed my car and it looks perfect! Thank you so much guys!

Ray is the best! He went above and beyond my expectations. I went in for window repair and it was finished before I exorcted it to be AND my car was cleaned and thoroughly inspected! Top notch place!

I was extremely happy with the service I recieved from the Collision Shop. They kept me informed every step of the way, finished the job 4 days earlier than expected, gave me a free loaner, paid my deductible and also fixed a scratch in another area for free! I was treated like a princess! I had a lot of damage to my car, and when I picked it up it looked brand new. Thank you Moe and Ray! You guys are the best! If anyone every wonders where to take their car, DO NOT hesitate to take it to the Collision Shop in Warren. you will not be disappointed!
