I called a appliance on Monday my refrigerator had stopped working I have to go to work they told me I can have an appliance repair tech come to my home after I got home from work tony was sent out he looked at my unit and saw that my defrost system was bad he fixed it defrosted my fridge and got me working for a great price I will use him again great job guys

Poor Service. Poor Attitude from both Tony the technician and the owner. They already have 7 complaints on the Better Business Bureau website before I file mine. Wish I had looked before I called them out. Tony inadequately diagnosed my front loader washing machine without performing any technical tests on the machine that are clearly stated in the manual. He said I needed a whole new machine because my control board was bad. It turned out it was a loose wire. My husband found the problem very easily and now my machine works fine. These people can't be trusted to adequately perform diagnostics and troubleshoot appliances.
