Ordered a switch for my stove; they had the best price I could find and reasonable shipping.

They had a really hard to find part. Very nice people to work with.

My husband hand me a small part he had taken out of our dryer and told me to go to Midwest. I asked him what I should tell them (because I don't know anything about this stuff). He said just show them the part, they'll know what to do. I doubted him. But, when I walked in the door, the lady behind the counter said, "so, your dryer doesn't have any heat?" I had barely gotten the part out of my pocket! She knew the part, the problem, and the solution. I'll never doubt my husband again (for a while any way). Trust Midwest!

For quite some time I had an issue with my dryer, where I would have to run the dryer three to four times to dry my laundry. Mike from Midwest Appliance came out and diagnosed the problem, then fixed the clogged venting line! TRULY amazing, I am now able to dry my laundry in 40 minutes! His customer service is second to none and prompt response, the best!

Great service, fixed the problem with our dishwasher and didn't try to over sell the repair with parts we didn't need. Ben was professional, friendly and knew what the problem was and how to fix it immediately. Ben had also fixed our oven at an early time, and we really rely on him doing a great job. Thank you Ben!

So it's New Years Eve and our dryer belt breaks, housefull of holiday guest, lots of wet laundry, called around to find a replacement belt but no luck. Called Midwest and they had it in stock, but they were closing in 10 mins. We need 20 mins to get there. They waited for us. Dryer repair successful , grandma's happy ............... Wonderful customer service.
