Please, please, please do not go to TBS Bridal. My experience with them is the worst that any Bride would like to go through. The month before my wedding...the bridesmaids dresses were paid in full and they had not come in yet. They were supposed to have come in at beginning of August. However, come beginning of October, one month before the wedding...no dresses. The owner would not answer my emails or calls and kept giving me the sames excuses. I called the dress company and they stated the dresses had been ready since August but they have not received payment yet. Odd cause the dresses were PAID IN FULL already...since July. I finally called Dani and told her that I am going to get the dresses delivered through another store and she agreed to refund all my bridesmaids. After a week, no refund was seen. I constantly emailed and nothing. I could not get responses and when I did it was the same BS that they would be getting refunds. One of my bridesmaids did not get a refund till January, 2 months after my wedding. Still to this day she has NOT refunded one of my bridesmaid. I still email and have NEVER EVER gotten a response. That is THEFT!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The owner lied to me several times in the process of getting dresses for a wedding. She increased the price of the dress and kept pushing back the delivery date. There was always some excuse. She was extremely unprofessional and became rude when we asked about the status of the dresses. We only got the dresses at 11pm the night before the wedding. I ended up with a poorly constructed, ill-fitting, expensive dress. Take your business elsewhere!

The owner is unprofessional and a liar. Would not recommend!
