BEWARE!!! The first few times I used this place I would have rated it a 4 or 5 star. It is in a bit of a run down building, but the ladies that regularly work here are very kind and very sweet. However, the last time I took in my laundry for their bundle service, two pairs of jeans were removed from my basket. No one seemed terribly concerned about this, the manager actually hung up on me. I had one pair of Yanuk ($100) and one pair of Rock and Republic ($80) and both were removed from my basket. These were really the only items of value in the entire basket. I couldn't get anyone to call me back and my situation is still unresolved. The two ladies I have encountered are very sweet, and I feel badly that they work for such a dishonest man.
