Salesperson lied to me about product product broke before 1 year warranty Best Buy got out of the warranty said that I broke the computer the computer was manufactured effectively from Lenovo it's a Yoga 2 and the hinges Geek Squad ripped me off wanted $600 to fix it Best Buy will never get my business ever again I have spent $20,000 in the store over the past five years I pray to God they get disciplined and they go out of business

Manager will not back up what his employees promised me and my girlfriend. Didn't really give a crap. Poor management skills and complete disregard for what had transpired. Unbelievable. I will not shop at this store again.
